Eggplant Caponata

Ingredients: Eggplant, onions, whole olives, celery, capers, tomato paste, white wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower seed oil.

From an ancient Sicilian recipe, our Caponata is made with only wholesome and carefully selected ingredients. Chunks of eggplant are fried and then topped with fresh tomato puree, capers, celery and olives from our own production. The end result is a dish marked by an unmistakable flavor perfect for an aperitif or dinner.
Tips: serve with cold cuts and cheeses and enjoy with a crouton of bread
